True north strong and free

Well, that was easier than I expected. Actually, an easier application process for my American passport than for my Canadian one, surprisingly enough. And, barring any huge bureaucratic fiascos, it should come in the mail within a few weeks. Plenty of time before I leave.

It still doesn't feel completely real, but at least the pieces are starting to fall into place.

In acting, the important thing is to stop acting, and just do something. In life, the important thing is to just do whatever it is that you're not doing, whether it's because you don't feel like it, because you're scared, or because it's just so big that you don't know if you can. Just doing it is the foundation for it becoming real. And that's what I'm doing.
